Refunds Policy


Refunds may be allowed depending on circumstances and at the discretion of the owner. The Flower Gallery has a delivery of fresh flowers from Holland on a very regular basis and disappointment regarding quality is happily rare. Because of the perishable nature of our stock you are strongly advised to make any complaints re quality etc within three working days of delivery.

In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction, upon receipt of your complaint we will ask you to provide a photograph of your purchased or delivered product. In order to provide an accurate record, this photograph must be taken within forty eight hours of product purchase or delivery. If the flowers are disposed of without any photographic evidence then any refund will be totally at our discretion.

Influences Outside our Control


Please be aware that since flowers are a living thing there are many influences outside our control that can affect their life and performance. Examples include ambient temperature, water quality or lack thereof and direct sunlight. We will always endeavour to reach an agreement with you, either for a replacement or for a refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.

If we agree a refund it will be processed within three working days. Please note that the Banks may take a further three to five days to issue the refund to your card.
